Inventory Representative

The Inventory Representative is responsible for processing supplier delivery receipt information within a perpetual inventory system and ensuring all paperwork is properly received and filed. This role involves resolving delivery issues between the receiving department, purchasing, and suppliers while maintaining accurate physical counts of product in dispensing and overstock locations. The position requires reconciling variances to vendor invoices, researching quantity discrepancies, and assisting with inventory reports.
