Inventory Team Leader

The Inventory Team Leader leads day-to-day inventory control operations within the warehouse, ensuring stock accuracy, timely investigation of discrepancies, and effective execution of cycle counts and stock takes. This role manages a team of Inventory Operatives, coordinates with various operational teams, and ensures all inventory activities are completed safely and accurately. The position involves maintaining high inventory accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and supporting internal and customer audits.
