Inventory Team Manager

The Inventory Team Manager leads and oversees all inventory operations at the Spearwood site, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and availability of stock while driving best-practice processes and continuous improvement. This role partners with Operations and the National Inventory Manager to maintain consistent standards and deliver accurate reporting across the region. The position involves managing inventory accuracy, systems, cycle counting, and workflow while providing leadership to the inventory team.
