About this role

The Inventory Technician ensures appropriate supply inventories are maintained by distributing and processing incoming materials across the ThedaCare campus. This role involves ordering products, replenishing stock on carts, purchasing new items, and managing area supply adjustments based on usage. The technician also assists in maintaining supply carts and responds to customer needs regarding the procurement process.

Responsibilities

Distribute and process incoming medical supplies and equipment throughout the campus.
Order medical and surgical products using handheld devices or management systems.
Replenish stock on PAR carts and at designated locations to maintain inventory levels.
Coordinate new product purchasing with assigned departments and adjust orders as needed.
Perform supply cart maintenance including cleaning, stock rotation, and label updates.
