Investigation Officer

This role involves conducting comprehensive investigations into retail lending, corporate lending, liabilities, and suspected fraud cases, including gold loan irregularities and whistleblower reports. The position requires coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather data, perform onsite branch visits, and manage the investigation process from initiation to closure. The incumbent is responsible for preparing detailed investigation reports, conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate MIS data.
