Investigation Support Officer

The Investigation Support Officer at the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) provides operational and administrative support to the Investigations directorate, with a particular focus on the privacy and digital marketing investigation team. This fixed-term role supports casework targeting nuisance calls and messages and helps maintain case management, reporting and liaison with stakeholders. The role is offered on a hybrid basis and is contracted to the Wilmslow office (relocating to Manchester city centre in 2026).
