Public Counsel
The Investigator will conduct investigations and assist in trial preparation for public defender attorneys handling juvenile and family law cases in Worcester County. Responsibilities include locating and interviewing witnesses, documenting crime scenes, preparing reports, and supporting defense strategy for indigent clients in care and protection, guardianship, delinquency, and youthful offender matters.
Public Counsel provides pro bono law for children, families, veterans, students, immigrants, nonprofits and small businesses.
