Investment Banking Associate, Technology

An Associate in KeyBanc Capital Markets works with industry bankers and product groups to originate and execute advisory and public/private capital transactions. The role provides day-to-day execution support including financial statement analysis, model development, valuation work, industry research, and preparation of client materials. Associates coordinate cross-functional teams and help develop junior bankers while supporting senior bankers on special projects.
