Investment Banking Associate

As an Investment Banking Associate at Santander, you will build on foundational Analyst skills to lead client presentations, manage financial models and valuation analyses, and oversee junior staff. The role involves active participation in deal execution, client meetings, and negotiations across various sectors including industries, financial sponsors, energy, technology, and TMT. You will contribute to deal structuring while supporting senior bankers in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the United States.
