About this role
The Investment Banking Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level role supporting Institutional Banking teams in raising capital and providing strategic advisory for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. The position acts as a strategic advisor to clients by helping formulate investment strategies and executing capital markets transactions. The role is based in San Francisco (with work alongside the New York ECM desk) and supports ECM TMT and Growth Equity banking teams.
