Investment Function Lead

This role leads the company's investment function, developing and executing portfolio strategy, asset allocation, and risk oversight for property and casualty insurance assets. The position involves managing surplus growth strategies, overseeing outside investment managers, and aligning investment objectives with the company's financial and regulatory requirements. The incumbent partners with internal stakeholders to deliver investment results and presents strategy and performance to senior management and the Board of Directors.
