Responsibilities

Execute investment decisions by implementing subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers of interests
Prepare and disseminate investment documentation and manage incoming Anti-Money Laundering and KYC requests
Review governing documentation for planned investments and perform liquidity analysis on investments
