About this role

The Investment Operations Analyst assists the Investments team in managing a $3 billion portfolio, handling daily and monthly processes to support the foundation's endowment. This role involves working across public and private investments, requiring careful execution, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accurate records and effective controls. The Analyst collaborates with the Director of Investment Operations, investment team members, custodians, fund managers, and service providers to manage cash and investment activity, reconcile records, and support reporting and controls.

Responsibilities

Manage cash and investment activity across accounts to support liquidity needs
Perform monthly reconciliations of cash, positions, transactions, and valuations
Prepare recurring investment operations reports and support financial reporting
