The Venture Building Program Manager will lead delivery of Acumen’s capacity-building and investment-readiness programs for early-stage social enterprises across East and West Africa. The role is based in Nairobi or Lagos, reports to the Program Lead, and focuses on preparing ventures to attract capital while overseeing program design, partner networks, and operational delivery. It is offered as a five-year contract and involves close collaboration with cross-regional teams and external stakeholders to iterate and scale effective program models.
