About this role

This role serves as an integral member of Pantheon’s Global Primary and Co-investment Team, focusing on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of infrastructure secondary transactions and closing all investments across the private equity primary and co-investment business. The position involves leading complex transaction executions, negotiating legal documents, and managing deal-level debt and tax structuring to accommodate client requirements. The individual will also supervise a team of Analysts/Associates, ensure compliance with investor restrictions, and drive improvements to firm-wide operational and closing processes.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of complex infrastructure secondary and primary transactions
Negotiate legal documents including term sheets, SPAs, and LPAs
Structure investments to accommodate client tax characteristics and minimize leakage

Qualifications
