About this role

This position plays a key role in evaluating power availability, utility economics, and market trends to drive strategic site selection and capital deployment.

Responsibilities

Lead financial modeling and underwriting for site acquisitions and development projects
Build and maintain project-level and consolidated return models with sensitivity analysis
Create investment memos for board approval including transaction summaries and risk analysis
