Investor Services & Intermediary Oversight Associate

The Investor Services & Intermediary Oversight Associate supports the delivery of a high-quality investor and intermediary experience across Aberdeen's U.S. product range, including mutual funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts. The role involves overseeing third-party transfer agents, financial intermediaries, and investor servicing providers to ensure effective service delivery within an appropriate operational control environment. Working with Distribution, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams, the Associate resolves servicing matters, supports intermediary relationships, and enables new business opportunities.
