Invoice Clerk

The Invoice Clerk supports the Export Sales Team by processing invoices for work orders and maintaining the selection workflow. This role ensures customer specifications are accurately reflected on work orders and that all orders are processed efficiently. The position involves daily communication with management regarding work order changes and updating short sheets. Additional duties include general office and clerical tasks such as answering phones, running reports, and performing research.
