Invoice Specialist

The Invoice Specialist is responsible for managing daily invoicing processes for George Reed and 711 Materials, ensuring timely delivery of invoices to customers and maintaining a two-day turnaround. The role involves processing credits and rebills, balancing data across multiple accounting systems, and providing regular updates to management on invoicing status and approvals. This position also requires collaboration with the Accounts Receivable team to resolve invoicing challenges and serves as a backup for reception duties as needed.
