Invoicing Liaison

The Invoicing Liaison role involves raising and issuing client invoices accurately and on time, acting as the final check before issuance, and managing the billing inbox to respond to queries within a 24-hour SLA. The position requires investigating billing discrepancies, collaborating with operational teams to gather missing job details, and applying accurate closure codes to ensure correct reporting. This role also provides cover across the invoicing team and supports cash collection efforts alongside the Credit Control department.
