IOE Scheduler

The IOE Scheduler coordinates the full lifecycle of IOE Training requirements for Pilots and Flight Attendants, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on the completion of the active line-flying training program. This role ensures efficient utilization of trainee and crew members' time while adhering to Federal Air Regulations, contractual confines, labor work rules, and company policies. The position involves managing monthly schedules, tracking crew member progress, and maintaining compliance with safety and security management systems.
