IOP & PHP Program Therapist

The IOP/PHP Program Therapist provides treatment interventions to individuals in the Intensive Outpatient Program and Partial-Hospitalization Program who experience severe and persistent mental illness with or without co-occurring substance use disorders. This role involves overseeing participant care through biopsychosocial assessments, group and individual therapy, treatment planning, and case management. The position operates under the supervision of the IOP/PHP Clinical Manager and may also support other clinical programs as needed.
