Augury is hiring an IoT Embedded Firmware Team Leader to build, lead, and scale a hands-on team developing MCU-based firmware for connected edge devices and sensors. The role owns firmware architecture and delivery end-to-end, including low-power sensing, connectivity, security, diagnostics, and OTA, and partners closely with hardware, manufacturing, product, and backend teams. This position focuses on shipping reliable devices at scale while improving engineering standards, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
