IP Litigation Counsel

This role involves directing complex IP disputes, primarily patent disputes in the International Trade Commission, US District Courts, and PTAB. The position requires counseling internal clients on IP litigation, managing outside counsel, and developing IP policy strategies. The role also includes representing the company in advocacy organizations and meetings with Congress and administrative agencies.
