The IPO Specialist supports the Special Issuance Group's White Glove Team by managing the full lifecycle of IPO lockup release events and other restricted securities transactions. This role serves as a trusted point of contact for issuers, legal counsel, and brokers, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate processing of time-sensitive transactions. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
