IPT Operations Leader

The IPT Operations Leader leads day-to-day manufacturing operations within the Integrated Product Team, serving as the primary integrator between program management, engineering, quality, and shop floor execution. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient production of countermeasures while driving operational excellence, resource optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position proactively supports LEAN projects, capital equipment integration, and cross-functional collaboration to meet safety, quality, delivery, and customer requirements.
