IR Scheduling Team

This role involves scheduling and obtaining pre-authorizations for interventional radiology procedures, biopsies, and clinic visits while coordinating with insurance companies and billing departments to resolve appeals. The position requires managing patient readiness, handling phone triage, and maintaining effective communication with referring physicians, nurses, and co-workers. It is a hybrid role rotating between clinic, main office, and remote work locations.
