About this role
An Irrigation Operator II is a full-time, field-based role within the Public Utilities department responsible for supporting the operation and oversight of the municipal irrigation system. The position reports to the Senior Irrigation Operator and may be filled at the Irrigation Operator I level initially. It is a hands-on role that works with city water delivery infrastructure and scheduling.
