About this role

The IS Organizational Effectiveness Manager enables effective delivery across multiple Digital Product Teams supporting R&D Commercialization and PPM through strong SAFe Agile execution and Release Train leadership. This hands-on delivery leader coordinates cross-product planning, facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages dependencies, and drives the adoption of the Digital Product Operating Model. The role partners with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and engineering teams to establish scalable ways of working and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

Serve as Release Train Engineer coordinating cross-product planning and execution
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on effective backlog management
