IS Systems Administrator

The IS Systems Administrator administers and supports classified and unclassified information systems, performing system administration and cybersecurity functions such as antivirus management, patching, and system health monitoring. This dual-role position provides end-user support for enterprise systems, troubleshoots network and hardware issues, and maintains disaster recovery and backup capabilities. The role also involves delivering customer service as part of the Service Desk team and contributing to the improvement of IT practices and procedures.
