About this role

An 8-12 month co-op student role within the IT team, reporting to the IT Administrator, focused on providing infrastructure support services to users across Business, Engineering, and Operations departments. Key tasks include assisting with hardware procurement and inventory, troubleshooting systems, monitoring networks, and managing user accounts and software licenses in a mixed on-premise and cloud environment. This position offers hands-on experience in help desk support and technical operations as part of Carbon Engineering's commercialization team.

Responsibilities

Provide IT support and troubleshooting for users across the organization.
Assist in the procurement and maintenance of IT hardware inventory.
Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure.
Install, configure, and manage new hardware and software systems.
Create user accounts and implement security protocols.

Skills

Qualifications

Enrollment in a co-op program in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering
