The IT Analyst ensures the health and smooth operation of IT infrastructure at Hydro locations, aligning with global IT architecture standards and operational processes. This role serves as the primary interface between GBS IT and local business customers, promoting standardization and resolving infrastructure and application issues. The position involves active participation in IT projects, change management, and maintaining user accounts and documentation.
