IT Asset and Configuration Manager

The role is responsible for owning and maintaining the configuration management database (CMDB), managing hardware and software asset lifecycles, and overseeing software licensing compliance using tools such as Certero and Jira/Atlassian. It ensures accurate asset data, supports audits, drives cost optimisation, and upholds governance standards within a PCI DSS‑regulated environment.
