The IT Asset Management (ITAM) Intern performs physical audits of end-user devices across Children’s Healthcare locations to ensure accurate device and location records in ServiceNow. The role supports IT asset disposition (ITAD) and hardware asset data cleanup within the ServiceNow ALM_Hardware module. This position is part of the Children's Summer Intern program, offering hands-on ITAM project experience alongside healthcare IT professionals.
