About this role

The IT Asset Management Process Lead governs enterprise ITAM processes across the full asset lifecycle to ensure compliance and efficiency. This role drives standardization of policies and operational discipline across all IT platforms while leading continuous improvement efforts and managing the ITAM team. The position serves as the primary point of contact for process escalations and integrates ITAM practices with IT Service Management to support audit readiness.
