IT Assistant

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking an IT Assistant to join the IT team, providing hardware and software maintenance for IT and AV systems to ensure maximum access to technology services. The role involves delivering first-line technical support to hotel guests and colleagues while assisting with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network components, software, and telecommunication equipment. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment to maintain asset registers and support the implementation of new technologies.
