IT Assistant

The IT Assistant provides technical support to staff by addressing and resolving technology inquiries, issues, and requests. This position ensures efficient and secure technology operations across the agency, supporting hardware and software systems, and assisting with user access, equipment setup, and technology maintenance. The role involves maintaining computer and technology equipment inventory, managing technical security systems, and troubleshooting network issues. It also includes administering Office/Microsoft 365, information storage systems, and Microsoft server/network environments.
