About this role

The IT Audit Associate supports the execution of IT audit, technology risk, and assurance engagements by understanding technology environments, identifying risks, and evaluating controls. This role provides hands-on experience with IT General Controls, SOC reports, and technology-dependent controls while building a strong foundation in IT audit and risk assurance. The Associate will collaborate with client personnel and engagement teams to document procedures, assess control effectiveness, and develop recommendations for process improvements.

Responsibilities

Execute IT audit and technology risk engagements including ITGCs and SOX 404 support
Test IT General Controls across enterprise applications infrastructure and cloud environments
Review SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports for third-party service providers and evaluate control objectives
