About this role

The IT Business Solutions Analyst enables business process transformation and maximizes technology value by partnering with stakeholders to develop solutions on SAP S/4HANA and other platforms. This role serves as the primary liaison between IT and business functional teams, focusing on manufacturing excellence and driving sustainable transformation across the supply chain. The analyst coordinates cross-functional resources, documents requirements, and leads end-to-end delivery of production planning and execution solutions.

Responsibilities

Design cross-functional business processes with stakeholders
Document business and functional requirements for SAP solutions
Lead end-to-end delivery of production planning solutions
Drive process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma concepts
Facilitate change management and end-user training strategies
