IT Client Support Technician

This role serves as the first responder for the IT Department, managing a range of hardware and software issues for end users across the facility. The technician is tasked with installing equipment, diagnosing problems, maintaining networks and servers, and responding to guest support requests within a hotel and casino environment. Key duties include preventative maintenance, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with tribal, state, and federal regulations.
