IT Client Support

This on-site IT Client Support role is centralized at the Hudson, WI Pharma Distribution Center, providing Tier 1-3 virtual and physical support to end users across multiple locations in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, including travel to Wabasha, Minnesota. The position involves resolving hardware, software, and network issues, configuring and maintaining workstations and warehouse technology, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot incidents, manage user requests, and ensure system functionality.
