IT Configuration Management Consultant

This role focuses on maintaining accurate and governed IT asset and configuration data, including running the System Criticality Questionnaire (SCQ) process and ensuring alignment between criticality ratings, IT assets, and the CMDB. It partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure configuration information supports broader IT service management processes and organizational governance. The position also supports compliance, audits, and business continuity readiness within the IT function.
