IT Continuity Program Manager

The IT Continuity Program Manager will architect, govern, and continuously improve the IT Continuity Management System to ensure critical IT systems remain resilient, recoverable, and compliant with industry standards. This role involves partnering with global teams to embed a culture of preparedness, conducting business impact analyses, and defining recovery objectives for critical infrastructure. The position requires leading incident response efforts, managing risk assessments, and supporting compliance with frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST 800-53, and TISAX.
