IT Coordinator

The IT Coordinator manages the administrative and logistical elements of IT service delivery, including coordinating the intake, triage, and tracking of IT service requests through the ticketing system. This role handles employee onboarding, transfer, and separation coordination with Human Resources, as well as provisioning system access and managing hardware and print logistics. The position ensures routine requests are processed efficiently to allow IT technicians to focus on technical troubleshooting and system administration.
