IT Customer Support Specialist

The role involves providing first‑line technical support for internet connectivity, networking, firewalls and cloud services to customers, troubleshooting issues via phone and email, and coordinating with internal teams and external providers to resolve problems. It is a 12‑month fixed‑term position based in Christchurch with hybrid working.
