About this role

As an IT Delivery Lead for Diagnostics Master Data Management at Roche, you will drive the design, implementation, and operationalization of global MDM capabilities. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, you will lead strategic transformations, manage complex delivery programs, and ensure data foundations support AI and analytics use cases across the Diagnostics Commercial function.

Partner with executive-level stakeholders and external vendors to align on global data strategies
Oversee end-to-end implementation of MDM programs including data migration and integration
Drive enterprise-wide business reengineering and organizational change efforts
Anticipate future business needs to shape data-driven delivery methodologies

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or related fieldProfessional certification in Agile methodology or Project Management preferred
