IT Desktop Support

This role manages and is responsible for field support, escalation, issues, quality control, and the success of all Continent IT Desktop support. The position involves providing Tier-1 support for technical infrastructure, including email, desktops, laptops, servers, and network systems, while escalating issues to corporate or vendor helpdesks as needed. The role requires managing key stakeholder expectations, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets, and providing technical advice and training to business clients. Additionally, the position involves maintaining documentation, knowledge databases, and region-wide distribution lists.
