About this role
The IT Director, Global HR Technology will lead Albemarle’s global HR technology vision, strategy, architecture and analytics aligned with an HR operating model transformation. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Business Systems (with a dotted line to the VP of HR Transformation), this role will sit on both IT and HR leadership teams and represent HR technology across the enterprise. The position is based in Budapest and emphasizes leveraging Workday and generative AI to improve employee and customer experience.
