IT Field Engineer

This role is for an IT Engineer to provide on-site support to a client in Leeds, acting as an ambassador for TIEVA with a focus on exemplary customer service. The position involves working closely with the internal IT team to assist with projects like device rollouts, handling escalations, and performing analytical fault finding on networks and systems. Candidates will operate on a rolling schedule of three weeks on-site at the client and one week at the head office.
