The IT Systems Functional II supports Niagara's corporate office and plants by troubleshooting system issues, documenting requirements, and managing minor project implementations. Responsibilities

Troubleshoot daily operational system issues to define root cause and solutions
Document requirements, process flows, and create SOP/training materials
Manage minor project implementations from planning to change management
Train super and end users on new functionality and process changes
Analyze supply chain processes to identify efficiency gains and cost reductions
